How to enable Direct Payment Recurring Payment(DPRP)?

Hi Team,

We have a customer account in the US. He wants to integrate PayPalpro in his store. We have done in our code level but not getting any success due to DPRP disabled.

I searched in google how we enabled this also in your forum link below:

These links not getting any accurate answer. Could you please help us with this. And let us the steps how can we enable DPRP in that store?
