How to Notify to IPN when cancalled subscription from PayPal end?

Hi Rauf,
We are sorry for the late response.
As of your last email(find message below). We clearly understood your first point. This is in your site. But in the second point. If a user cancelled subscription from the PayPal end, should IPN notify to our website with some data?

2. The best way is to use the IPN feature, if there's no IPN is being used then you'll have to cancel the subscription manually from your website.
