I need to take a payment on my website (payments via Credit Card), process it there and have it split the payment to 2 recipients (me and 1 other recipient). So either do that at the same time or if it needs to go process through my account and then an automatic payment sent from my account to the other recipient, that works too. This needs to happen through an API or REST services or something of the sort. I am currently using the Express Checkout and "NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)".
