Hello - we have developed an integration using the NVP/SOAP API that is used to pull account data (balance and transactions) from third-party accounts that granted us consent.
These third parties log in with RequestPermissions APIs. In order to use that in a live environment, we need a valid App-ID.
How can we register our app and get it approved? We are an FCA-authorised firm under the new PSD2/Open Banking regulations so we have legal right to access data from third parties payment accounts.
The documentation is confusing as I believe it's referring to an older version of the Developer dashboard and we can't follow the instructions anymore.

Can someone from PayPal help us get set up?
