GetExpressCheckoutDetails sometime does not contain billingAddress "addressstatus"

Hi,
We recently integrated with PayPal NVP services where the PayPal express checkout orders are working fine but for a few scenarios, we are seeing some orders are getting failed, upon analyzing we found that the GetExpressCheckoutDetails does not return the address status mentioned in the below documentation.
It looks like the
getBillingAddress is not returning the addressStatus which should be at least something
none, confirmed or unconfirmed.
Also, can someone confirm if this value is mandatory to fulfill the orders at OMS or PayPal later will reject those orders.
