this error message appears when i try my live api credentials but all works well when i try through Sandbox account ...
i also got this notification on pp dashboard "You’ve reached a usage milestone, wherein you’ve used your PayPal balance to send payments exceeding $5000 SGD in a year. is that could be the problem ?
