ErrorCode: 10548 The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Hi,

 

First time using Paypal and have had the above error while sandbox creds and on live payments when trying to use Paypal Pro for business with Form Stack.

 

Looking through the docs at error messaging, it seems to suggest that this isn't a business account (have double checked and it is), that I haven't got a customer service or landline number added (I know have both). I'm struggling to find any other docs to sort this out or any further guidance.

 

Has anyone come across this issue before and if so, knows how to solve it?
