Error creating this Transaction

Hi,

I am from India and my paypal ID is added in jvzoo.com site .

I have tried to Test purchase on Jvzoo for my own product but getting error message. i have use two different paypal ID for Test Purchase but no success.  Please help me with the issue

Hi Chandresh,

I reviewed our logs and PayPal is still returning the same message to us of:  The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to send payments using balance.

This is not something that JVZoo controls and is only something that PayPal can assist you with.  I recommend asking to speak with someone who understands the Adaptive Payment process as that is the API that we currently use.
