Error code 15005 & 10626 Clarification

Hi, we am currently experiencing quite a volume of error 15005 and 10626 which has prevented many of our customers from purchasing.
I understand that 15005 error code can due to AVS Fails (Address Verification System) or the entered payment information hitting the spending limit, but can this be refined more to display what caused the error?
Furthermore, I am having a hard time understanding the error code 10626, as the resource simply states it is an "internal security measures" failure is this related to the 15005 error above? Can this also be refined further to display the point of error?
Would be greatly appreciated if someone could let me know of any preventive measures for these errors or if we can find where the exact point of error occurrence so that we can try to reduce the errors from occurring.
