Error 10548 - transaction cannot be processed.

I'm Getting the error code 10548 with merchant's account is not able to process transactions. I have set up everything perfect in my sandbox. Still I'm getting this error.
Any solution/suggestions would be appreciated.

This is usually caused by account config, the account is not a business account, or PayPal Pro is not enabled on the account. If you're sure the sandbox account has pro, I would recommend to create a new US account and trying it again just in case its an account specific issue
