DoVoid(NVP) is returning an error: Invalid transaction ID. Need help

Hi! 

 

Question is the title, the transaction ID was from the DoDirectPayment() method is sale. But it is returning an error code of 10609 which is invalid transaction ID. Is there a fix for this? Can somebody enlighten me with this error.
