I was wondering if anyone knew the function of the RECURRING flag when capturing a reference transaction via DoReferenceTransaction (besides the obvious). I have a billing agreement that PayPal accepts with this method and that flag set (Y), but I don't seem to have any way of knowing if it is in fact recurring, or what the recurrence model is.
Does anyone happen to know of any way to confirm whether or not PayPal accepts the transaction as recurring? Please correct me if my understanding of the flag is incorrect, I only have a week or so experience with their NVP API.
