Hi there. I am starting a new multi-vendor marketplace but its launch is being held back from not being able to get my questions answered by PayPal. The phone support is only available for those in USA and Canada at the mo and the merchenttechsupport email is not giving me all the answers I need. So my 1st question is does anyone know how I can actually speak to someone at PayPal to get the support I need?
My main question regards which is better for me - 'Paypal for Marketplaces' or 'PayPal Commerce Platform'. They both seem set up for marketplaces but I dont understand the differences. My marketplace is a multi-vendor marketplace selling products and giving fulfillment to the vendors including shipping and returns. (A bit like Etsy)
