Having another problem with PayPalk Adaptive Payments.
I have a delayed chained payment that has been made just fine, but when I come to do the payout using the ExecutePayment action, it just returns "INCOMPLETE" for paymentExecStatus
I found out what my issue was - I didn't have enough funds in my PayPal account in the designated currency to fulfil the payout. I'd assumed that paypal would just charge it back to my account but obviously not.
