Create Recurring Payments Profile Using Credit Card - Error 10561

Hi All,

 

I use sandbox account Bussiness

Account ID: PT27CJ5RTNQAG

 

I run PayPal API Sample C#

When I run "Create Recurring Payments Profile Using Credit Card" 

Response error:


<Short Message">Invalid Data</Short Message>
<Long Message>There's an error with this transaction. Please enter a complete billing address.</Long Message>
<Error Code>10561</Error Code>

 

Please help me fix that error,
