change my Visa card and names so that it can connect with my mpesa,i have tried so much to contact customer care it's not responding PayPal and I want to use the money in my account, second PayPal I made a payment to pay invoice and it's cancelled,and when am trying to send money back to the owner its refusing again what can I do to solve this problem
