Card payments get rejected, but Bank Transfers work fine

Hi everyone

 

Hoping that someone on here may be able to help me as Paypal support haven't been able to help me with anything and constantly keep me waiting for hours and days and then if I don't respond to their message quickly then they close the call down.

 

I have a business website, with Paypal Business setup.  I have the API key etc etc all setup on my site.  However, all card payments get blocked but bank transfers work.  

I have checked with the bank (as both business and as a client) and they have said that they have not blocked the payment, so something is either not working or not set up right.  I have followed all of the steps through and have successfully set up payments on other website without a problem.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this type of behaviour and if so how did you go about fixing it?
