I can't capture payments at all, every single time I click on "capture payment" I get redirected to a page saying "Sorry, your last action could not be completed". My client called his bank and they told him that it was PayPal holding the payment not them, 24 hours have passed and the issue persist. Is there any way around this? This issue is stopping my business from being able to operate at all.
