Hello community,
I'm having issue with linking my paypal account to ecrater site, when I click Grant Permission it successfully redirecting me to the site(in ecrater) and saying this: " Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect ". What I need to do, community?

I saw many similar posts about this on eCrater's forums as well. I do think that this is an issue with eCrater's site as the error is showing on their side (instead of on the PayPal side).
Your best bet is to contact eCrater's support team. You can do so by going to eCrater's home page, scrolling to the bottom right hand corner of the page, and clicking on 'contact'.
