Are Adaptive Payments down? (Payments failing)

Recently (past few days) most of my customers can not buy from my shop using Adaptive Payments, around 50% of the payments fail and don't go through. I haven't released any updates in a few weeks so I don't think this is a problem on my end on creating the payment wrongly.
This is the error they get:

Is their any fix to this I can do myself? Or do I have to wait for PayPal to release fixes/updates.

Hi @PiotrRob
The development team was able to resolve this issue as of last night. You should not be seeing that failure rate so high any more. Of course, you'll still have typical declines for bad cards, but the root of the issue has been resolved which made denials happen even with good funding instruments.
Sorry for the inconvenience the issue was, but I hope this helps!
