We have a software product through which we would like to send money onto a customer's debit or credit card. Does PayPal have any API to support this?
Basically we have a software product which captures customer's debit or credit card number and securely stores it (its a full PCI DSS compliant system). When a certain system event takes place, we would like to be able to call an API of PayPal, pass it the card number, the amount and currency such that PayPal triggers a payout of the specified amount in the specified currency to the specified card number anywhere in the world (Visa, Amex, Mastercard cards).
Does capability exist in PayPal to support this requirements? If yes, which specific API we can make use of and any documentation around it? Are there any compliance issues we need to be mindful of?
