[API Username Credentials] Change the admin_api1.DOMAINNAME

Hi,

I had an API signature that I removed and wanted to generate a new one. However, when I did that, the domain name after admin_api1 was still the old one.

The business name and URL on the account have changed, but I cant seem to be able to find a way to have an api signature with the new domain.

I rung PayPal tech about this... they've never seen this before so have no idea.
