API Split payment between two accounts

Is there a way using the paypal API to split a transaction between two different accounts.  For example:

Customer pays $100

paypals processing fee is say 2.2% = $2.20

$7.80 goes to account A

$90 goes to account B

My concern is that I will get charged the processing fee on both transactions ie

2.2% * 90

2.2% * 10

If you use for example ExpressCheckout Parallel Payments each receiver will pay according to their fees-setup. If you want to keep a part of the payment for yourself and then split the remaining then you need something like Marketplace API that at the moment is not fully available but will be soon.
