Hi, I just created an API certificate, but I only saw the API Username and API Password. I can't find an API Signature. I downloaded the API certificate file, but can't open it. So what can I do to get API Signature? Thank you!

Hi @3dskyfree
Accounts can have either an API Signature, or an API Certificate. They can't have both at the same time. So, if you'd rather have an API Signature, you'd have to remove the Certificate and opt to create a Signature instead. It really depends on where you're integrating as some only accept signatures and some accept the uploading of a certificate file. The certificate isn't meant to be opened on a personal computer, rather it is a certificate for servers to use to verify credentials with PayPal.
I hope that helps!
