We currently have a website that uses Formstack to accept donations through Paypal.
Our organisation merged with another, so we now have a new business name and ABN. I've set up a business account with the new business details and gave the API details to our IT team to update on the website.
When they try to test the new payment details, we get an error:
Error Code: 10548 This transaction cannot be processed (Error ID: de4a199bf32ffef67e44)
I've tried searching for help, but the suggestions all say we need to upgrade to Payment Pro (which isn't available/supported in Australia). I don't understand why the old paypal account works on the website but the new one won't.
