500 Internal Server Error - when processing via live API

After posting to the API, our payment system stopped working around 3.5 hours ago.

 

api end-point: https://api-3t.paypal.com/nvp

 

Our request is:

VERSION=60.0&METHOD=SetExpressCheckout&PAYMENTACTION=Sale&...[private info]

 

response is:

We are using PayPal express, need urgent assistance as customers are not able to complete payments via PayPal.  Thank you!
