With needing to enable 3D secure on our website, we run in to a couple of problems...
We currently use PayPal express checkout and PayPal Website Payments Pro and our site is on BigCommerce
I enabled 3D secure but the problem I run in to is that by doing so I cannot take orders via the admin panel of my site, I talked with BigCommerce and they said it just isn't possible with 3D secure enabled on this particular gateway (PayPal)
So... my question is, how can I use a PayPal gateway and still take orders via the admin panel of my site with 3d secure enabled???
Is there an alternative gateway PayPal offers that can do this?
Any guidance and help is truly appreciated
