10002 – Security error – Security header is not valid

I'm using the Pay Per View plugin for a WordPress site. After spending 2 hours with their customer support they claim it's a PayPal issue as they don't have any problems. Researching this error says the wrong credentials are being used. I've check them multiple times, I've had other people verify the correct ones are copied and it's still not working. I've tried both the Sandbox (which doesn't give you an Identity Token) and Live. Both fail with the same error.

Any ideas?

That error always means the credentials are wrong one way or another.

Either the values themselves are wrong, or you're sending sandbox credentials to the live servers or vice-verse.

Not sure why you're expecting an identity token. That tells me you're using incorrect values.

What exactly is the plugin asking you for, and what exactly are you providing it?
