10002 Error when connecting to https://api-3t.paypal.com/nvp

Hi,

 

I am getting the below error when connecting to https://api-3t.paypal.com/nvp

 

TIMESTAMP=2022%2d05%2d26T14%3a38%3a45Z&CORRELATIONID=b20bec05bd98e&ACK=Failure&VERSION=93&BUILD=56068150&L_ERRORCODE0=10002&L_SEVERITYCODE0=Error

 

Above does not specify the reason for 10002 error. Can you anyone please help in identifying what might be causing this?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

I would suggest to please cross check that you have passed valid LIVE API credentials without any spaces or special characters.

Please follow the below steps to access your LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e User Name, Password & Signature) via your LIVE Business account. 

Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.
