We are currently getting 10001 error codes for the method DoExpressCheckoutPayment when trying to finalizing payment for our customers after checkout. This has happened over 1000 times since this past Friday and we need to fix it urgently. Here is one of the error messages we received back from Paypal.
This issue happens right after the customer puts in the info in the Paypal Checkout Page and get redirected back to our app and we call the DoExpressCheckoutPayment to finalize payment and get this error.
