I paid a vendor through a Paypal transfer, but no longer use that method. I have no other pending transfers. I need to delete a credit card so it can be freed for another Paypal account, but even though I made another card my primary card, I am still unable to delete the second card.
Can someone explain how to get an Instant Transfer status disabled? The vendor states that they have changed my payment method.
