changing official name of business doesn't seem to be an option permitted. Am I correct?

I tried the solution for changing the name of my business, it only allows me to change contact name -- changing official name of business doesn't seem to be an option permitted.  Am I correct?

I have been trying to do the same with no success. I would like to know how. Business names do change, especially when you are starting something new!

How do I change the name of my business?

Here's how to change the name of your business:

1. Log in to your PayPal account and click Profile at the top of the page.
2. Click Business Information in the Account Information column.
3. Click Change name.
4. Select Business Name Change (business name).
5. Click Continue to complete the instructions.
