Im executing the SetExpressCheckout method.
Along with the required NVPs, I pass along
SOLUTIONTYPE=Sole
LANDINGPAGE=Billing
which should allow non-PayPal users to pay without PayPal, however this is not the case.
After I receive a successful ACK from PayPal, I send the user to the following link with their tokenValue.
https://www.paypal.com/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&useraction=commit&token=tokenValue
There is no option to pay without a PayPal account. Insight?
