I am trying to cancel a yearly My Life account renewal and they said I need to change the 'subscriptions' status at PayPal to do this. I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. My Life said there is a subscriptions tab under the history tab but I don't have it. Can anyone help?

How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile at the top of the page.
- Click My Preapproved Payments in the Financial Information column.
- Click View the Agreement next to the merchant agreement you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

I'm attemtping to cancel a recurring payment and the only link I can find on the "details" page is one that says "cancel" howvever, when I click on it, I'm asked if I want to cancel my profile. I've gone to all the 3 links, e.g., recurring billing, and the other two and am unable to cancel my recurring billing account.
What do I do now?

Yikes, that was not easy to find. I think they purposely make it hard for you to cancel your subscriptions. I am close to canceling my PayPal account because of this.
Y'all need to make your site more user friendly.
