I had closed my old account because some how my bank number got mixed up with some one elses and was taking money out of their account. So I closed it and created a new one and didn't use my bank account number. I had to get a refund via ebay because the person I bought from never sent my item. They sent my refund to my old account because it was the one that the purchase was made through. They told me that I would have to contact paypal. Can anyone help me please?
My advice would be to contact Customer Services as they can look into your account while they have you on the phone. Normally I would give you advice on where to go on your account but in this case Customer Services would need to see your account to help you.
