My address is WRONG

In my profile my address is correct but every time I purchase something it defaults to an address I used ONCE while on vacation. It am unable to change it back to my home address and make it STAY. I have had to pay double shipping for a number of items already to get them resent to me. Now I have SIX more items going to the WRONG address because of this SAME issue!!!! I've tried to fix it a number of times.

This may be the problem.  I had this issue when I moved.  Check your payment sources.

You must make sure that all your payment sources listed with paypal have the same mailing address as you wish your items to be sent to.

signed up under ms address and changed it, now the newest item ive purchased is going to the old address after a second purchase was sent to the la address. what do i do now?
