The last 2 e-mails I got from Paypal are in Chinese, but my language preference is still set for English. Is there any way to change this? I thought these e-mails were spam at first and almost deleted them. Thanks!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
