Multiple websites

I  have two different websites that sell products.  Is there any way that paypal can tell me which website orders are coming from?

Welcome to the forums, ds65522!

You could specify item numbers in your buttons. You can sort that information in the downloadable logs if you include shopping cart details.

A more elegant solution to sort the item numbers would involve setting up an API to collect that information through a third party solution. You can take a look around the Developer Forums and see if anyone has any suggestions to that end.
