Help with an accout

My friend created an account 3-4days ago she loged in and it worked but today it won't let her loging can any consumer Service email her.

This forum is for member-to-member communication. Customer Solutions must be reached directly for account-specific assistance.

 

If your friend clicks "Contact Us" at the bottom of any PayPal website, there is an option to contact without logging in.

 

Before contacting Customer Solutions, please ask her if she's clicked "Problems with login?" below the account login fields. There is a step-by-step password recovery flow that may give her the most immediate assistance.
