Someone else mentioned this problem, and I wasn't allowed to reply that topic.
PayPal logs off for "security reasons" something like every three minutes. I have to use PayPal for business purposes, which means two or three windows opened at any given time, and manipulating settingsoutside of the PayPal window to make everything work, and I have repeatedly lost information and had to start over again. Not only that, but when PayPal logsoutit alters some of my settings withouttelling me, so I have buttons on my website now that don't do what they're supposed to do. This is unacceptable.
Someone said the people at PayPal can't do anything to change it. Sorry, but that's not true. I cannot be convinced that the administrators of PayPal are not allowed to alter their own website, and no there is nolawrequiring such a fast auto-logout. My bank's website opens a pop up window with a five minute timer and the option to turn it off.
May you find what you seek,
Landra
