I filled out the form to withdraw the money to my bank account yesterday, and it still says "pending" today. It used to go to "withdrawn" status within an hour or so. Why is it suddenly taking so long? the holidays?
Bank withdrawals take 6-8 business days to complete. Since it sounds like you withdrew the funds after banking hours on a Friday, it's quite possible that PayPal hasn't had the ability to start the withdrawal process yet - the banks simply aren't open for transfers, so we can't send it out yet.

Are they using Commodore 64s at PayPal? They need to get with the times and make these money transfers happen instantly. And I don't want to hear the crap about "it's the banks and the clearing centres". I got a refund from Canadian Tire yesterday and it went right into my account. Why can't PayPal do that?
