About 10 days ago, for no reason that I can remember, the Paypal Home page began coming
up in text form, no graphics (no HTML?? not sure) with blue clickable links. And at the same
time I get an "Invalid Security Certificate" box. What's going on? How can I return to the HTML-style
format?
