paypal keeps making my bank go in the negative

i bought something from ebay, i only had less than a dollar in my paypal account and something simmilair in my bank account, so, when i go to purchase the item, i say to use my credit card to pay it off, instead it takes what i have form my paypal account AND puts my bank account in the negative. now i have to pay a 30.00 fee for the overdraft because paypal didn't take it form my credit card like it said, which did have the funds. why does paypal insist on **bleep**ing us over?

Hi There!  I just had exactly the same thing happen, only I was charged $40.00.  I can't seem to find anything on this subject, so I guess I'm done as a purchaser.  I just paid $135.00 for a book that I bought for $85.00.  Hope I get as much enjoyment as I had hoped.  Good luck!
