i have the same problem, i accedently requested more moeny be sent, instead of completing the order because i didnt have the correct ammount, so id like to cancel the money/product order and not wait 1 week to get the purchase through

Same issue here, setup a transfer from my bank account and there's no way to cancel it, I just did it 30 minutes ago.. C'mon paypal help us out.
