Negative Balance

I recently payed off my negative balance with Paypal through a collection agency. I'm wondering as to how long before that is reflected on my Paypal account? The collection agency was NCO financial by the way.

So absolutely no one has experienced this? So you pay the debt with NCO & you still pay Paypal as well? Doesn't sound right or legal.

I guess I should have taken this concern to the "paypal**bleep**" site instead of the Paypal forums. Might as well just give up on using paypal anyway...
