Welcome to the Community!

Your PayPal ID is the email address you use to log in (it's what we use to route payments in lieu of account numbers).

However, your seller doesn't need this to refund you.  Just ask them to use the "Issue Refund" link.  Why?

When a seller issues a refund properly, you don't pay a fee to receive it.  On top of that, the seller gets a waiver on a portion of their fees.  It also allows any payments originally paid for via a card to be sent back to the card (preventing you from racking up any further interest).

Thanks!
