zero balance in account

i just received a payment and it shows the payment is complete however my balance is $0. i keep trying to refresh/logout and back in but no matter what i do the payment is not loading to my balance. any insights??

I’m having the same issue right now too, this has never happened to me and I have a business account.

There's a problem with their system, this isn't the first time it's happened; if you are majorly affected by this contact support ASAP. Last time they prioritized how quickly accounts received their funds. Last time it took from 1 or 2 hours upwards to 4+.
