i have funds in my account, and have somehow violated the user agreement by not verifying my address, however when i go to confirm my identity it says i have done so. now i cannot withdraw my funds to my bank account, and am receiving no assistance at all from paypal. i am very worried that i am going to lose my money.
I didn't have the verification problem but they are also not letting me access my funds without any help whatsoever either. Which is highly concerning as they are essentially withholding YOUR money - even your bank can't do that. I'm sorry I don't have solutions. On here looking for some.. Let me know if you figure anything out!
