So i just get my bank acount connect to my paypal...and they stay it 1,5euros of my.

When and how can i get them back?

When you confirm a credit or debit card, PayPal refunds immediately but it takes up to 30 days for your card issuer to credit your account.

When confirming a bank account, PayPal removes the money they deposited into your bank account asap.
