It depends on the card issuer. Once PayPal marks transfer as complete, your request to transfer has been processed. It does not mean the money is at your card already so you have keep an eye out on your card account. Could take a few days.
Thank you for your reply. But in email, it says that “it usually takes 30minutes to reflect on my bank” Anyways, I should just wait for a few more days. 😢
